Luke Shaw Bemoans Man Utd's Latest Defeat To West Ham
Luke Shaw has bemoaned Manchester United's latest Premier League defeat which has seen them slide to eighth on the table.
The Red Devils were beaten 2-0 by West Ham United at the London Stadium on Saturday.
Manchester United have now lost eight league games this season and are eight points behind fourth-placed Tottenham Hotspurs.
Erik Ten Hag's side have also failed to score in each of their last four games.
“It’s just not good enough really, we have to win games and that’s it,” full-back Shaw told TNT Sports.
“We keep losing games, losing points and we’re making it very hard for ourselves – especially that second half, it’s not good enough.
“In the first half, we controlled the game, I think we had chances again. If we score the first goal, maybe the result is different, but we don’t, so we suffered in that second half and, again, it’s not good enough.”
United will look to put things right when they host Aston Villa on Boxing Day.
