Juventus Sanction Sale Of Moise Kean To Fiorentina
Fiorentina have struck a deal with Juventus to sign striker Moise Kean for an initial €13m.
Kean is leaving the Allianz Stadium after a difficult few seasons with the Bianconeri.
The 24-year-old failed to score or make an assist in 20 appearances for Juventus last season.
Kean came through the Juventus youth system and has also spent time on the books of Everton and Paris Saint Germain.
The Italy international had a year to run on his Juventus contract.
An official statement from Thiago Motta's side confirming Kean's exit read: “Juventus Football Club announces that an agreement with Fiorentina for the definitive disposal of the registration rights of the player Moise Bioty Kean has been reached for a consideration of €13 million, payable in four financial years, in addition to variable bonuses up to a maximum of €5 million.”
“This transaction generates a positive economic impact on the current financial year equal to € 2.3 million, net of auxiliary expenses.”
Kean has amassed 15 caps for the Italy national team, scoring four goals but was not picked as part of their EURO 2024 squad.
