Salah Pronounced Guilty In Touchline Row With Klopp

Salah was involved in an unpleasant bitter feud with his manager as he prepared to make an appearance off the bench in Liverpool's 2-2 draw at West Ham United on Saturday.

The Egyptian international, who is Liverpool's top scorer with 24 goals across all competitions this season, appeared upset at having been left on the bench until 11 minutes from normal time.

Klopp, who will leave Liverpool at the end of the season, signed Salah from AS Roma in the summer of 2017.

"I didn’t like it but I think Mo Salah is the one who was out of order," Sutton said on BBC Radio 5 Live's Monday Night Club.

"He is no different to any of his Liverpool team-mates and the truth is his form hasn’t been good since he has come back from the injury.

"It is nothing against Salah and the brilliant player he has been at Liverpool. He has been phenomenal but I think there is a line and unfortunately for him he crossed it."

“You can’t live on the past," added Sutton.

“It is the here and now and Klopp decided to leave him out. That is his prerogative. He is the manager and Salah is no different to the rest of his team-mates.”

Liverpool's title challenge has fizzled out in the latter stages of the campaign, leaving Manchester City and Arsenal to battle it out for the Premier League crown.
