Pochettino Hails 'Priceless' Gallagher After Crystal Palace Double
After falling behind to Jefferson Lerma's first half opener, Gallagher equalised for the Blues right after the break, before giving the visitors the lead in the first minute of stoppage time.
Enzo Fernandez wrapped things up with a third goal three minutes later as Chelsea bounced back from consecutive defeats to Liverpool and Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Gallagher's goals were his first in the Premier League this season.
The 24-year-old has a contract until the end of next season and has been linked with moves to Tottenham Hotspurs in recent transfer windows.
"I think he is a player with a great commitment to the team," said the Chelsea manager.
"He is always trying to compensate in every situation, in offensive and defensive situations. It's priceless to have a player like him."
Asked about Gallagher's future, the Argentine said: "What he told me was to stay at Chelsea. But then it's about him and the club.
"I'm not suffering with this type of thing, he still has one year more on his contract."
Chelsea are 10th on the Premier League table.
