Inter Milan Reward Yann Bisseck With New Contract Until 2029
Yann Bisseck has extended his contract with Inter Milan until the summer of 2029.
The 23-year-old German joined Inter from Danish side Aarhus last summer and played a part in their Serie A triumph.
Bisseck has played 32 matches for Inter Milan so far, including 11 in the current campaign.
Bisseck's previous deal would have expired in the summer of 2028 but Inter have rewarded him with an extra year and an increase in his wages.
"FC Internazionale Milano announces that it has reached an agreement for the contract extension of the player Yann-Aurel Bisseck. The 2000-born defender will be a Nerazzurri player until 30 June 2029,” a statement on the club website read.
Reacting to the extension on Inter TV, Bisseck said: "I feel that the club has confidence in me, as does the coach: everyone has contributed to this renewal, and I'm happy with the progress I've made. I think this deal is a positive moment for everyone."
"There are many things I can still improve. I'm not a perfect player, but I'm still young and there are many aspects that I still need to work on, especially from a tactical and mental point of view.
"Technically and physically, I've reached a good level. I think my mentality will be key to my future growth."
