Inter Milan Reward Manager Simone Inzaghi With New Contract To 2026
Inter Milan have announced that manager Simone Inzaghi will remain in charge of the club until the summer of 2026.
Inzaghi replaced Antonio Conte as Inter manager in the summer of 2021 and has so far led the club to one Scudetto title, two Coppa Italia trophies and three Italian Super Cups.
The 48-year-old also led Inter to the Champions League final in the 2022/2023 season when they lost out to Manchester City.
His previous contract would have expired in the summer of 2025.
Inter president Beppe Marotta made the announcement on Friday at a press conference, saying: “Very little time has passed since the end of a great season where we won another two trophies, the Supercoppa and the Scudetto.
“Today we begin a new journey together, our jersey will be adorned with the tricolore badge and the second star. Along with us, leading the team, we will again have Simone Inzaghi.
“I wish to formally announce that our rapport will continue until June 2026, with the hope to continue even more into the future.”
