Spurs Hand Pape Matar Sarr New Contract To 2030
Tottenham Hotspurs have handed Pape Matar Sarr a new six-and-a-half-year contract.
The Senegal international has firmly established himself in the Spurs first team this season.
Sarr has registered 19 appearances and scored two goals for Spurs this season.
The 21-year-old joined Spurs from Metz in the summer of 2021 and spent the following season back on loan at the Ligue 1 club.
After returning from his loan spell, Sarr finally made his Spurs debut in January 2023.
Sarr has been named in the Senegal squad for the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations in Ivory Coast.
Sarr scored in Tottenham's 3-1 win over Bournemouth over the weekend but limped off injured in the first half of the game.
