Haaland Leads Six-Man Shortlist For PFA Player Of The Year Award
Manchester City striker Erling Haaland is one of six players nominated for the 2024 PFA Player of the year award.
Haaland is joined on the shortlist by Manchester City teammates Rodri and Phil Foden.
Chelsea's Cole Palmer, Arsenal captain Martin Odegaard and Aston Villa forward Ollie Watkins complete the list.
The winner of the award will be announced at the PFA awards ceremony on August 20.
Haaland, who won the award last year, scored 27 goals and won the golden boot as Manchester City won the Premier League title for a fourth straight season.
Rodri was instrumental from midfield and Foden finished the campaign with 27 goals across all competitions.
Odegaard has been nominated for the PFA top gong for the second successive season after scoring eight goals and providing ten assists from midfield.
Palmer had the most goal contributions in the Premier League last season, scoring 22 goals and providing 11 assists for Chelsea.
With 19 goals and 13 assists, Watkins fired Aston Villa to fourth spot and Champions League qualification.
