Alisson Becker To Miss Six Weeks Of Action With Hamstring Injury
Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson Becker has been ruled out of action for the next six weeks.
Alisson picked up a hamstring injury in Liverpool's 1-0 win over Crystal Palace last Saturday and was substituted after 79 minutes.
The 32-year-old has conceded just two goals in six Premier League games for Liverpool this season and his unavailability could be a worry for Arne Slot's table-topping side.
Alisson's injury means he will only be available after the November international break.
The Brazil international is expected to miss some big games during his period of absence, including matches against Chelsea, Arsenal, Aston Villa and Brighton in the Premier League, and Bayer Leverkusen in the UEFA Champions League.
Republic of Ireland international Caoimhin Kelleher is expected to take Alisson's place in the Liverpool starting eleven until he makes a full recovery.
