Rabiot's contract expired at the end of last month and Juventus were keen to retain his services for another two years.
But Rabiot has rejected Juventus' proposal and will look for a new club after five years at the Allianz Stadium.
The 29-year-old joined the Old Lady as a free agent from Paris Saint Germain in the summer of 2019.
Juventus technical director Cristiano Giuntoli said during coach Thiago Motta's unveiling on Thursday: "I also want to thank Rabiot.
"Rabiot's contract has expired. We wish him a happy future, professional and otherwise."
During his time at the club, the France international made 212 appearances for the Bianconeri, scoring 22 goals.
He won one Serie A title, two Coppa Italia trophies and one Italian Super Cup.
Among the clubs reportedly interested in Rabiot's services are Manchester United, Real Madrid and AC Milan.
