Arsenal have been drawn against Liverpool while Antonio Conte faces a reunion with former side Chelsea with his Tottenham Hotspurs squad.
The semi-final games will be played over two legs, with the first taking place in the week commencing January 3 while the second legs will be contested from January 10 2022.
The final will take place at Wembley on February 27.
Arsenal made it into the last four after beating Sunderland 5-1 at home on Tuesday, with Eddie Nketiah grabbing a hattrick while Chelsea left it late to dispatch fellow Londoners Brentford 2-0 on Wednesday thanks to a Pontus Jansson own goal and a Jorginho penalty.
Liverpool advanced to the last four of the competition after beating Leicester City 5-4 on penalties following a breathtaking 3-3 draw in normal time at Anfield.
Spurs knocked out West Ham United thanks to a 2-1 win in North London.
Manchester City defeated Tottenham 1-0 in last season’s final.
