The Terms of Use of this section of Goodforfans.com (GoodForFans Social), is an extension of the main Terms and Conditions of goodforfans.com and the two must therefore be read in tandem. You are responsible for your use of our Services and for any Content you submit, provide, publish, share, upload, download, including compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You should only submit, provide, publish, share, upload, download or engage with only Content that is backed by law and, you are comfortable sharing with others.

OUR SERVICES

The mission of Goodforfans Social is to provide a common platform for all Sports loving people across the globe to have a one big community where we can all enjoy our passion for the games. To help sustain this mission, we provide Members of this platform the opportunity to:

• Create their own groups or join existing ones and enjoy ‘Real Time Live Chat’ with friends privately, or with members of any groups of which they are members. To take part in conversations, logged-in Members are simply required to select the option to enjoy their marathon group chat OR chat their selected private individual. Here, Members can connect with other people (known or unknown), who have also signed up to join Goodforfans Social and willing to interact with friends or members or fans of Groups, Clubs, Teams, Brands and others that matter to them.
• Share legitimate content of their choice including images, videos, texts and audio.
• From the Goodforfans Social section of the website, Users may navigate to other sections of the website including the Index, Predictions and Sports News pages when necessary.

Our Services may change from time to time, at our discretion. We may add to, or stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Services or any features within the Services to you or to Users generally. We also retain the right to create limits on use and storage at our sole discretion at any time. We may also remove or refuse to distribute any Content on the Services, suspend or terminate Users, and reclaim usernames without liability to you.

In consideration for Goodforfans.com granting you access to and use of our Services, you agree that Goodforfans.com and its third-party providers and partners or affiliates may place advertising content on the Services or in connection with the display of Content or information from the Services whether submitted by you or others. The most current version of the Terms of Service will govern all activities on Goodforfans Social as well as all related sections of Goodforfans.com. By continuing to access or use the Services we provide after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms of Service.
