Wenger says it will be difficult to see Haaland moving to any other league due to the financial power of the Premier League.
Haaland has always been linked with a move to England since he rose to prominence at Red Bull Salzburg.
Manchester United were said to be interested in him before he decided to join Dortmund in January 2020.
The former Molde FK man has taken his game to another level in Germany which resulted to many newspapers linking him to Chelsea throughout the just ended summer transfer window.
The move to Chelsea could not materialize but Wenger believes the Blues or their Premier League rivals will come calling for Haaland in the near future.
“I think that will happen,” the Frenchman told Bild. “The economic power of the Premier League is too strong.
“English football is dominant because it is where the most money is. The best players always go the best way to make the most money.”
Wenger added: “Haaland is likely to be the next high-profile goalscorer after [Kylian] Mbappe. He’s a super talent. His ambition, his will to score goals and the ability to fight in a duel [set him apart]. He’s there and wants to win. There is something in him that is great for a striker.”
