Despite blowing Norwich away at the Carrow Road, the Brazil international believes there is a lot of work to do in order to improve.
Liverpool settled for a top four finish last season after surrendering their crown as Premier League champions to Manchester City.
The Reds will be hoping to reinstate their status as the English champions this season and they started it off at Norwich.
Goals from Diogo Jota, Roberto Firmino and Egypt superstar Mohamed Salah ensured that the three maximum points followed them to Merseyside.
In an interview with the media after the game, Alisson who was impressive in the game after making a crucial save in the first half to keep the Canaries at bay, urged his side to keep improving.
"We can improve a lot of things. We can have more consistency during the game and we had a lot of mistakes which I think is normal at this stage of the season. Pressing could be better but we did enough to win the game,” he said.
"We had lots of good opportunities to score. We just have to improve more and more. I am focusing on doing my job."
The former AS Roma man added: "[My save] was needed to keep a clean sheet. I don't think the save affects the result but it feels good. It feels as good as scoring last minute... No, no no!
"It could be 1-0 which would have the same importance so I am always ready to help the boys.
