Haaland has taken the Premier League by storm since joining Manchester City from Borussia Dortmund last summer, leading the scoring charts with 26 goals so far.
The 22-year-old's 32 goals across all competitions is more than any other player in Europe's big five leagues.
Despite his bright start to life in England, many expect Haaland to use Manchester City as a stepping stone to join one of Europe's elite in the next few years.
Real Madrid have been touted as his likeliest destination if he leaves England but Pimenta expects his client to smash the current world transfer record, currently held by Neymar, if he does leave Pep Guardiola's side.
"Erling Haaland is worth €1billion. That's not a guess, I'm sure of it," Pimenta told French broadcaster Telefoot.
"They might say I'm being ridiculous, that a club is not going to pay a billion, but his age, his quality, his progression and the way he behaves is why I talk about a billion.
"The future is unknown, but it's coming."
