The former Atletico Madrid forward has been linked with a move away from the Chinese club with Arsenal as the potential suitors for the player.
Reports in the fraternity are that the troubled winger is eager to secure a move to the Premier League.
After fallen down the pecking order at Atletico Madrid, the Belgian winger joined Dalian Yifang for a fee of €30million last year.
Having joined Belgium on international duty earlier this month Carrasco returned late to the Chinese Super League side.
The club in an official statement stressed;
"Dalian Yifang's player, Carrasco, was absent from the game against Hebei China Fortune and missed training for no reason," a club statement read.
"The club now imposes the following punishment on him: ordered Carrasco to make a return to the team within three days. The club impose fines and suspension from training.
"The club has always attached importance to the construction of the team and no individual can override the collective.
“The club treats everyone equally. Anyone who goes beyond the team rules and the 'red line' managed by the club will be treated seriously and [such behaviour] will not be tolerated."
In thirty-five league games, the 25-year-old has netted 15 goals for the side as that has helped him to retain his place in the Belgium national team.
