‘He Used The Camera Like A Football’- Photographer Furious With Balotelli For Smashing Device

Maverick Italian striker Mario Balotelli is in trouble again; this time for smashing the camera of a photographer in anger after being substituted in Brescia’s 3-1 defeat to Genoa on Saturday.

Balotelli went berserk after manager Eugenio Corini replaced him with Alfredo Donnarumma in the 72nd minute with the scores locked at 1-1.

The 29-year-old, who is no stranger to the odd outburst, lashed out a camera on the sidelines as he made his way to the bench.

It has now been revealed that the camera belonged to one Massimo Lovati, who took to Instagram to complain about Balotelli’s conduct and is demanding the club pay for the damage to his device.

Lovati wrote: "When Mr Balotelli was called back to the bench, he used the camera like a football and kicked it against the advertising boards.

"The ballboy who saw it happen immediately called me to explain.

"I found the camera and the booster were visibly damaged (the casing was smashed) and the camera no longer worked.

"Imagine taking your frustrations out on someone's tools of business!

"These are very delicate instruments that should not be kicked.

"It's safe to say I am furious: respect, you need respect for people who are working and their tools of business!!!!"

After winning two of their first four games of the season without the former Manchester City striker, Brescia have not won any of the four games Balotelli has starred in since his return from suspension.

Balotelli has scored once in the Serie A this season since joining his hometown club on a free transfer in the summer.

Brescia are third from bottom in the league although they are yet to honour an outstanding game against Sassuolo.
