AC Milan are in good shape in the Serie A this season and are on the same points with League leaders Napoli after eight victories and one draw.
With the impressive run of form by Milan, Giroud says he has ‘high hopes’ of winning a league title with the Rossoneri.
“I used to say football is an everlasting new beginning and you must always be ready for the next challenge,” Giroud told Football Ramble podcast.
“That’s one of my regrets in my career, it’s not to have finished the job by winning the European Cup with France at home to Portugal. Another is not winning the Premier League with Arsenal or Chelsea.
“I still have a lot of hopes regarding winning another league with my new club and I am focused on it.”
Having won the 2018 World Cup with France, Giroud missed the side's truimph in the UEFA Nations League due to injury as he talks of how it feels to win a trophy with the national team.
"I would be a liar if I said that I don’t miss the dressing room, my team-mates and the fans. Winning with your national team is the best feeling. I was a bit frustrated to see them win from home but then I was delighted to see the national team triumph after the difficult European game"
After being denied more playing time at Chelsea under Thomas Tuchel, Giroud joined AC Milan for a reported €1m plus bonuses, scoring a brace in his first home start of the season against Cagliari.
The former Arsenal forward has scored three goals in just five Serie A appearances.
