Dybala Tells Juventus To Improve In Attack

Juventus snatched a last-gasp equalizer to secure a 1-1 draw against Inter Milan at San Siro on Sunday and forward Paulo Dybala has urged his team-mates to improve in attack.

The Bianconeri were fortunate to have gotten something out of the game after a toothless display against Simone Inzaghi’s men.

The hosts took the lead on the 17th minute mark when Edin Dzeko reacted quickly on the rebound when Hakan Calhanoglu’s strike bounced off the woodwork.

Inter Milan were able to keep Juventus at bay for vast majority of the game until the dying embers when Dybala scored from the penalty spot after referee Maurizio Mariani with the help of VAR adjudged that Denzel Dumfries impeded Alex Sandro inside the box.

“We are Juventus, we always play to win, but we were up against a very strong side and considering the way the game was going, we can be happy with the point,” Dybala told DAZN.

“We definitely need to improve in attack, because if we only try to win by one goal, then we will struggle if they score against us. However, if we need to win 1-0, we can do that too.”

This was Dybala’s comeback almost a month after a muscular problem, the latest in a series of setbacks.

“I wanted to do my best for my teammates, the fans and everyone. I had a lot of injuries that are really annoying and I have not enjoyed being on the sidelines.”

Next up for Juventus and Dybala is a game against Sassuolo in the Serie A at the Allianz Stadium in Turin on Wednesday.
