Wijnaldum left Liverpool to join the French giants on a free transfer after failing to extend his stay at Anfield.
The former Newcastle United player enjoyed a glittering spell with the Reds as he was part of the squad that won Liverpool’s first Premeir League title in 29 years as well as winning the Champions League trophy in 2017-19 season.
Making eight appearances for PSG in the Ligue 1 alongside two Champions League games this season, Wijnaldum admits he is not "completely happy" at his new club.
"I can't say I'm completely happy," Wijnaldum said. "Because the situation is not what I wanted.
"But that's football and I'll have to learn to deal with that. I'm a fighter. I have to stay positive and work hard to turn it around.
"I think [not playing], it's a primary concern for every player," Wijnaldum added.
"It's also worrying if you don't play. But it's just the beginning of the season. A lot can still happen and I stay positive."
Wijnaldum before leaving Liverpool last season played thirty-eight matches and scored 2 goals in the Premier League.
PSG are now topping the Ligue 1 table with 24 points, winning all their nine games thus far.
The Parisians will be hoping to extend their winning streak after the international break when they host Angers on Friday at the Parc des Princes.
