Mbappe came close to joining Real Madrid this summer but PSG rejected a series of bids from the Spanish outfit despite the 22-year-old having less than a year remaining on his contract in the French capital.
The France World Cup winner confirmed in an interview earlier this week that he asked to leave PSG this summer but his sale was not sanctioned.
Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema and manager Carlo Ancelotti have also dropped hints of Mbappe moving to the Santiago Bernabeu next summer while club president Florentino Perez did little to quell those rumours by suggesting the former AS Monaco man could sign a pre-contract agreement with Los Blancos in January.
"This is another example of the lack of respect for PSG and for Mbappe," Leonardo said in an interview with L'Equipe.
"In fact, in the same week a Real Madrid player [Karim Benzema], then the Real Madrid coach [Carlo Ancelotti].
"Now the president [Florentino Perez] talks about Kylian as if he was already one of their own. I repeat: this is a lack of respect that we cannot tolerate."
On the pitch, Mbappe continues to perform for PSG, scoring four goals and supplying three assists in nine Ligue 1 games this season.
