The German tactician has transformed Chelsea to one of the best clubs in Europe since taking over in January.
He won the Champions League and Super Cup just seven months in charge of the West Londoners and the Blues have not taken their foot off the gas as they have started the 2021/2022 season brightly.
The Englishman has heaped praise on Tuchel for the work he is currently doing at Stamford Bridge.
"He's instilled a belief in them that they won't be beaten,” O’Hara said on talkSPORT.
“When I look at Chelsea, I see a team that is not just fit, but also well-organized.
“You look at that Chelsea team and think to yourself, ‘I don't want to play against these guys today.' They chase you down, press you, and won't let you score easy goals.
“[Antonio] Rudiger will crush you, [Romelu] Lukaku will bully you; they have skill all over the field; they are the best team in the world right now.
“We are really fortunate to have Tuchel as a manager in the Premier League.
“You simply have to stand there and observe a manager setting up a team, organizing a squad, watching his interviews, how he interacts with players and the press.”
