Vidal, brought to Inter by Antonio Conte was speculated to be leaving after the Italian coach resigned as the boss for the side.
But Vidal has insisted he has no plans of bringing his stint with Inter to an end, disclosing ‘I want to show the whole world who Arturo Vidal is.’
“I met the new coach and have been talking with him for three days,” Vidal told Inter TV ahead of this evening’s friendly against Crotone.
“I think he’s a good coach who talks well and helps the team feel good. I also spoke to my teammates and they’re very happy, working well and ready to have a great season in Serie A and the Champions League.
“I can’t wait to get back on the pitch, as last season was not too good for me, I lost the last few months of the campaign due to injuries. This season I want to be at 100 per cent and show the whole world who Arturo Vidal is.
“I spoke to the club, we have a good rapport. They have a great deal of faith in me and I feel the same way about them. We need to see the Vidal that everyone knows, targeting a Scudetto and going all the way in the Champions League.”
The Chilean midfielder played a part in Inter's domestic truimph last season, registering 1 goal and one assist in twenty-three Serie A games.
Inter Milan will be led by new manager Simone Inzaghi, , who succeeded Conte as they hope to defend the Scudetto this season.
