Tuchel is delighted that Kante and Jorginho are gaining recognition for their exploits for both club and country.
The duo were crucial for Tuchel when Chelsea defied every odd to win the Champions League title last season.
Having the qualities to dictate the game by integrating defense and attack, Kante and Jorginho carried their form into Euro 2020.
The former Leicester man did his best for France, but it could not prevent Les Bleus from being eliminated in the Round of 16 stage against Switzerland.
Jorginho on the other hand went farther to help Italy hoist their second title in the competition’s history and many have tipped him to win the 2021 Ballon d’Or.
“It’s good that they talk about our players first of all, and that it shifts a little bit and the guys like Jorgi and like N’Golo Kante are in the spotlight, because they are so, so useful and so, so helpful for any team in the world,” Tuchel told the club website. “And we are so lucky to have them.
“Mateo Kovacic is another of that kind, he has the same mentality, the same ability, so we are absolutely happy to have these three midfielders,” the German manager added.
“They’re such a big help to any team in the world. Their approach to football is they’re true team players. They are true helpers. They make things easy for the others, they don’t hide from a lot of work, putting in a lot of effort for others.”
