Wilson has ended a 15-year association with Liverpool, having made just two senior appearances for the club and departs after loan spells at Crewe Alexandra, Hull City, Derby County, Bournemouth and Cardiff City.
Fulham have paid £12m for Wilson, who has moved to Craven Cottage on a four-year contract with the option for a further year.
The 24-year-old was part of the Wales squad at EUR0 2020, playing three games and getting sent off against Denmark in the round of 16 stage.
Speaking to FFCtv after signing, Wilson said: "I'm delighted to sign for Fulham. From my first chat with the gaffer on the phone, I loved what he was saying and felt that he understood me as a player, and that played a massive role in me coming here.
"The ambition of the club to get back into the Premier League appealed to me as that's where we all want to be. I'm hoping I can come here, have a good season and help get the club back into the Premier League."
Gazzaniga was released by Tottenham at the end of the 2020/2021 season and the Argentine goalkeeper joins Marco Silva’s side on a two-year contract.
"Fulham is a great club. I love the challenge and I think this is an excellent opportunity for me,” Gazzaniga said.
"When they spoke of the project here at Fulham the decision was easy. The Championship is a very strong league and I am looking forward to getting started."
