Zinchenko believes England are the better team but insists his men must find the Three Lions’ weakness and pounce on it.
Having played with and against some of the best English talents in the Premier League, Zinchenko is aware of the threat Ukraine’s upcoming opponents pose and the herculean task at hand.
Gareth Southgate’s men are yet to concede a goal despite playing against some of the decent teams in the competition.
The Englishmen have forced their way into the potential winners’ conversation when they beat Germany 2-0 in the Round of 16 stage on Tuesday.
Andriy Shevchenko’s men on the other hand dug in deep to beat Sweden 2-1 in the last round and will certainly cause problems to England.
“I will say that numbers speak for themselves. The fact that England hasn’t conceded any goals yet, they play very well in defence,” said Zinchenko, per Independent.
“But I think that there are no perfect teams. Every team has weaknesses.
“With regards Walker and Stones, they played an amazing season and during the last couple of years I’ve been playing with them they play at a very high level.
“It will not be easy. We know it. But at this stage of the tournament, everything is possible and I think that the coaching team will explain to us what to do with it and we will do our best.
“We will try to surprise them but of course we realise that to get through all the players and the whole team, they will need to play probably the best game of their lives.”
