Moses' tennure at Chelsea saw him featured 128 appearances, scoring 18 goals and exited with Europa League, FA Cup and Premier League honors.
The 31-year-old was an instrumental assest during Antonio Conte's sepll at Chelsea and was used as a right-back in their Premier League title triumph.
Announcing the news to the public, Moses on his twitter handle wrote;
"Hi guys, happy to be in Spartak for another two years."
Moses will bring a lot of intensity to the Russian Premier League due to his pace and ability to keep the ball from his opponent, being equipped with defensive skills will be a plus for Spartak Moscow in signing a key figure like him.
Moses after joining Spartak in their last 10 games in October, featured in all fixtures aside one of the remaining 30 league matches.
The versatile player bulged the net 4 times and four assists for The People's Team, aiding his side to a second-place finish behind champions Zenit St. Petersburg.
Spartak Moscow are also looking to bring in Brazilian midfielder Gabriel from Benfica to bolster their midfielder department as they aim to win the Russuian Premier League for the first time in 5 years.
Before joining Spartak Mosow on loan, Moses was part of Conte's squad at Inter Milan during the 2019/20 season.
Moses will be available for selection when Spartak visit Ak Bars Arena to play host Rubin Kazan on July 24 for their 2021/22 Russian Premier League curtain-raiser.
