Kane has made his intention of leaving the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this summer clear in a bid to find a new club which can match his ambition.
The Englishman is widely considered as one of the best players in the world due to his knack of scoring goals but he is yet to win a trophy in his professional career.
Tottenham Hotspur ended another season without winning any trophy and their misery was compounded by missing out on next season’s Champions League as they finished seventh on the Premier League table.
Spurs also suffered a shocking exit from the Europa League Round 16 when they were knocked out by Dinamo Zagreb and their hopes of winning the League Cup for the first time since 2008 was shattered by Manchester City in the final.
Manchester City, Manchester United, and Chelsea are all said to be pondering over a potential raid to sign Kane before the beginning of next season.
“I am never going to talk about any specific player in public,” Levy told the club’s media.
“All I will say is his frustrations in not winning are shared by me and all the fans and players. We all want to win.
“One of the items that Fabio [Paratici] will have to deal with when he comes in is which players are going to be retained, which will be asked to look for other clubs.
“There is a market out there. What we want and what other clubs want is not always possible to achieve. We will do whatever is right for the club.”
