Ribery has been in good form for Fiorentina so far this season, appearing in all six league games while contributing two goals and an assist.
The 36-year-old was particularly impressive against AC Milan last weekend, as he went off to a standing ovation from the Rossonerri fans in a 3-1 win for his new club.
Ribery will be presented with his award when Fiorentina host Udinese at the Stadio Artemio Franchi in the Serie A on Sunday.
Serie A CEO Luigi De Siervo added: 'Ribery showed us the best of his repertoire in this season's start. He decided to try his hand at a highly technical and tactical Championship like ours and with his plays he is helping to raise the quality of the Serie A matches.
'It is a pleasure that the first MVP of the season was assigned to a champion like him.'
Vincenzo Montella’s men have had a mixed start to the season so far as they have lost two, drawn two and lost two of their six games.
Fiorentina lie 10th on the league table going into the seventh round of fixtures ahead of next week’s international break.
Ribery joined Fiorentina on a free transfer in the summer after a 12-year career at German giants Bayern Munich, where he won nine Bundesliga titles and the UEFA Champions League.
