Belotti has been widely linked with a move away from Torino at the end of the season, but Rincon hopes the Italy international stays.
The 27-year-old has a contract with the Turin-based club until the summer of 2022, but Juventus are said to be keeping tabs on him.
Belotti is expected be to be given a starting berth when Torino play the Bianconeri in the Derby della Mole on Saturday and Rincon has insisted that the Italian is ‘happy and concentrated’ under head coach Davide Nicola
“I don’t know if he will stay, we hope he will, but it’s something that doesn’t concern me,” the 33-year-old told Tuttosport.
“I certainly see him being very happy and concentrated. We hope he will stay, he’s also our captain.
“He drives us, just see how he chases the opponents. He has given us so much joy with his goals.
“He’s important to us. I hope he can stay here for a long time. But I repeat, it’s not my place to talk about it."
Belotti has been with the Bulls since the beginning of the 2015-2016 season and has been an important figure at the club.
He has scored 103 goals and provided 25 assists in 218 matches in all competitions for Torino.
