Lampard was sacked on Monday after just 18 months in charge following Chelsea’s poor run of form in recent weeks.
Names like Thiago Silva, Cesar Azpilicueta, Christian Pulisic and Mason Mount all sent positive messages about their former trainer via their various social media handles.

According to reports in the media, Lampard will be replaced by former Paris Saint-Germain and Borussia Dortmund manager Thomas Tuchel.
