Arteta was asked about several topics which includes a training ground altercation between players and his former boss Pep Guardiola signing a new deal at Manchester City.
David Luiz and Dani Ceballos were said to be involved in a fight during an Arsenal training session last week, while a host of the Gunners players were away on international duties last week.
The Spanish coach was asked about the incident but he remained coy, insisting such issues will only be solved internally.
"You keep asking me about more and more issues," Arteta said.
"Whatever happens internally, issues we don’t expect as always we will try to resolve them internally and deal with and explain and we move on. We had a conversation and I explained what I was expecting.
"There are other personal factors at the moment as well from our side. We need to be in their shoes. A lot of players are having different issues like any public person out there and sometimes they make decisions based on the needs or the moment or what people are expecting from them. Whether they are right or wrong it’s a thing we have to discuss. Its been dealt with in the right way so lets move on.”
Guardiola, who Arteta worked with as an assistant manager at the Etihad before landing the Arsenal job, has extended his contract which was due to expire at the end of this season.
"I’m very pleased for him," he added.
"He’s never been so long at a football club . The fact he is extending his contract means he is extremely happy there.
"He is finding his players, he feels valued, he has the chemistry that I know with the players, the fans and the owners.
"Knowing him and his ambitions and how competitive he is, unfinished business means he wants to win every competition, every year for sure. If he needs to win the four domestic trophies again and he can do it he will try to do it.
"Obviously Europe is a massive thing. He really wants to move the club towards that Champions League win and that’s in his way. I think medium to long term that was one of the things he wanted to achieve."
