Camavinga was widely linked with a move away from Rennes this summer, with Real Madrid said to be one of his potential suitors and French champions Paris Saint-Germain are also reportedly keen on signing the 17-year-old.
Camavinga has opted to stay with Les Rennais for at least another year despite links to other big European clubs.
The Angolan-born Frenchman became France's youngest debutant since 1914 after making his debut in Les Bleus’ 4-2 Nations League win over Croatia last week.
Camavinga made 36 appearances in all competitions for Rennes in the 2019/2020 season, helping the Ligue 1 outfit to qualify for the Champions League.
In an interview with Marca, Camavinga has reiterated he is happy about his decision to stay at the club this summer despite interest from others.
“Certainly when a big club is interested, it is nice. But I am not getting carried away,” he said.
"I took this choice with my family [to stay at Rennes]. Today we are happy to have made this decision. I just need to focus on football and not think too much about everything else around it.
"Life is very good at the moment. Life is very good at the moment."
He added: “Did Kylian talk to me about PSG? No, we talk a bit about everything.”
Camavinga is contracted to Rennes until the summer of 2022.
