Ziyech agreed to join the Premier League outfit this summer after Chelsea thrashed out a €40 million agreement with the Dutch champions.
Having won Ajax’s best player in three consecutive seasons, the Morocco superstar has been backed to replicate his Eredivisie form in the Premier League.
Ziyech showed glimpses of what to expect from him in the upcoming season in Chelsea’s 1-1 draw against Brighton in a preseason game last weekend. He even provided the cross that led to Timo Werner’s goal.
Olsen, who joined the Red Devils after playing in Ajax for three years, has no doubt Ziyech has the quality to be successful in West London.
“There's no doubt he will be a success at Chelsea,” the former Denmark winger told Stats Perform News.
"I think Frank Lampard has done a really good job. He knows the club inside out. Seems to be very good in terms of management and playing style. This is the important thing, he wants to attack and play offensive football. That will not be a problem [for Ziyech].
"The players coming out of Ajax, they are like that. Being a defender or midfielder, you are attacking-minded. No doubt about that."
