Havertz has been heavily linked with a move away from the BayArena this summer with clubs like Liverpool, Bayern Munich, Real Madrid and Chelsea all said to be yearning to poach the German.
Many potential suitors have passed up the chance to compete for Havertz’s signature due to the negative impact of Covid-19.
Reports have been rife in the media in recent weeks that Chelsea are in pole position to secure the services of the Germany international.
Voller has insisted that Bayer Leverkusen are not willing to lower their players’ valuation amid coronavirus crisis.
“There will be no coronavirus bonus. No matter who the player is, this is a special transfer window,” the 60-year-old German told Kicker.
The Germany icon also posited that Havertz will not be sold before the end of their Europa League campaign as he is vital for Peter Bosz’s men.
“It is set in stone,” Voller added. “There is no new stance.”
Havertz has been very instrumental in Die Werkself’s team this season, having scored 17 times and provided nine assists in 43 appearances in all competitions.
