Laporte worked under Bielsa during the Argentine’s time as the head coach of La Liga side Athletic Bilbao and is now under the tutelage of Guardiola.
The French defender has expressed his admiration for his former gaffer, who is currently steering Leeds United back to the Premier League, as the Peacocks currently sit at the top of the English Championship League table.
Bielsa has spent time in charge of Argentina, Chile, Marseille, Lazio and Lille in the past.
Laporte admits he is fortunate to have worked under two coaches, who are very demanding and insists both Guardiola and Bielsa know everything about football.
The 25-year-old told Radio 5 Live of Bielsa and Guardiola: “I think they are maybe the best two managers in the world.”
“They are very different but they know everything about football – different things, but they know everything.”
Laporte joined Manchester City from the Basque-based team in January 2018 and the Frenchman has revealed he learnt plenty of important lessons from Vincent Kompany following his arrival in England.
“Vincent is a very good football player and he’s a very good person,” he added.
“He’s a top man and he helped all of us when we arrived in the locker room. He was attentive to everything, he was trying to help in every session.”
“In training he was working the most and an example for everyone.”
