Sancho has been widely linked with a return to England this summer, with clubs like Liverpool, Chelsea, and Manchester United all thought to be yearning to secure his services.
The Englishman has established himself as one of the best forwards in Europe since his move to the Bundesliga outfit.
Sancho has netted 17 goals and provided 19 assists in 31 games in all competitions for the Black and Yellows this season, a much better return compared to last season where he scored 13 goals and assisted 19 in 41 matches.
With these stupendous numbers in Germany, Blissett thinks Sancho is the right player for the Red Devils and admits it would be exciting to see him in the Premier League.
“There are clearly a lot of potential offers on the table. If he’s going to be leaving the Bundesliga now the only country he can really go to is the Premier League,” the 62-year-old told TalkSPORT.
“He’s just got to choose the place that suits him so when he gets there he’ll be able to perform in the manner he has been doing at Dortmund.”
“United have shown big interest, so that will be a big draw for him to go to a club of that stature.”
“For me if all the things are in the right place, and especially if they get into the Champions League, then it’s absolutely the right club to join.”
