The duo were part of the famous Galaticos’ squad between 2003 and 2007, where they won the 2003 Supercopa de Espana and 2006-07 La Liga title.
Despite not winning many trophies during their time in Madrid, Ronaldo and Beckham won a lot at their former respective clubs.
Beckham was part of Manchester United’s Class of 92, which went on to dominate English football. The Englishman won six league titles, one Champions League trophy and two FA Cups with the Red Devils.
Ronaldo on the other hand came to Real Madrid as arguably the best footballer of at time, having won two World Cups with Brazil.
On an Instagram live conversation between the pair hosted by the Miami CF account, they took a trip down memory lane, discussing their time in together in Spain.
The former Inter Milan man admitted that the ex-England captain was one of the best footballers during his time.
"You were one the best of all time," Ronaldo told his former ex-colleague.
"The way you touched the ball, the way you could put the ball wherever you wanted, without looking at me, I would just be moving and the ball came.”
"I should thank you for the many balls you gave to me."
Beckham also revealed how the sight of Ronaldo was enough to reassure him he had made the right decision to leave his country in 2003.
He said: “To move from Manchester United to Real Madrid was a big move for me because I'd been there my whole life, but one of the first people that I ever saw was you.”
"When you walked into the changing room it made me feel comfortable to be in the club."
