The decision was arrived at a video conference involving its 55-member association on Wednesday as the Coronavirus pandemic continue to wreak havoc across Europe.
Most European leagues have been halted due to the rapid spread of the virus, which has already led to postponement of EURO 2020.
The finals of both the Europa League and Champions League were scheduled to be played in May but had already been postponed.
A statement from Europe’s football governing body read: 'All national team matches for men and women due to be played in June 2020 are postponed until further notice. This includes the play-off matches for UEFA EURO 2020 and qualifying matches for UEFA Women's EURO 2021
'All other UEFA competition matches, including the centralised international friendly matches, remain postponed until further notice.'
Four Champions League round of 16 ties have already been settled but Bayern Munich vs Chelsea, Manchester City vs Real Madrid, Barcelona against Napoli and Juventus’s home game against Lyon are still yet to have their second legs played.
The Europa League is also at the round of 16 stage with some first leg games still not honoured.
Four places are still up for grabs for next year’s European Championships and will be decided through the playoffs.
