The Brazilian midfielder has left Liverpool for Al Ittihad on a three-year contract.
Al Ittihad have paid £40m to bring an end to Fabinho's five-year stay at Anfield.
The 29-year-old joined Liverpool from AS Monaco in the summer of 2018 and went on to make 219 appearances for the Reds, scoring 11 goals.
Fabinho was instrumental in Liverpool winning the Premier League, UEFA Champions League, FA Cup, Carabao Cup, FIFA Club World Cup and UEFA Super Cup during his time on Merseyside.
Fabinho joins Jordan Henderson in leaving Liverpool for Saudi Arabia this summer.
In a video tribute on the Liverpool website, Fabinho said: 'Today I leave my home. It's been five years wearing this jersey and always with the greatest honor and happiness possible.
