Rashford has added the February gong to his list of personal laurels after also winning it in January and September.
The 25-year-old joins Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah as the only players to win the player of the month award three times in the same season.
Salah set the record back in the 2017/2018 season.
Rashford scored five goals in four appearances during the month of February and saw off competition from Kelechi Iheanacho, Ollie Watkins, Manor Solomon, Bernd Leno and Emerson Royal to claim last month's prize.
Rashford has bounced back from a disappointing 2021/2022 campaign, during which he only scored five goals in 32 appearances across all competitions.
This term, the England international has looked more like the Rashford of old and even better, scoring a career-high 26 goals in 41 appearances across all competitions.
That tally includes 18 goals since the season resumed after the FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
In more good news for Manchester United, manager Erik Ten Hag also won the manager of the month award.
It is the second time the Dutchman has won the award this season.
He saw off competition from Marco Silva and Antonio Conte to win the award.
Ten Hag led Manchester United to their first trophy in six years when they beat Newcastle United 2-0 in the Carabao Cup final at Wembley.
