Bailey has established himself as one of the best performers in the Bundesliga since he joined Bayer Leverkusen from Genk in 2017.
The 23-year-old has always been linked with a move away from the BayArena, and Chelsea were said to be interested in signing him years ago.
Bailey is back in the transfer news this summer after enjoying a career-best season on an individual level last season when he scored 15 goals and provided eleven assists in 40 games in all competitions for Bayer Leverkusen.
Premier League clubs like Arsenal, Leicester City, Everton, and Aston Villa are reportedly looking to secure his services.
In an interview with the media, the Jamaican has revealed he is ready for a new challenge, and admits he is eyeing a move away from Leverkusen

“I’ve been working hard to be able to reach where I am today. I feel like I’m at an age and point in my life where I feel like I’m ready for the next step. Hopefully we can make that happen soon.
“For me, just playing at the top. The highest level. I feel like I need a new challenge so anywhere where it’s a good opportunity for me to really showcase myself and work hard.”
