Inter Milan had to dig deep to secure their big win, but Conte has admitted he is pleased with his side’s resilience, insisting the Nerazzurri were not afraid to fight till the end as they expected a ‘dirty game.’
“We knew the difficulties this game could bring,” the former Chelsea boss told Sky Sport Italia.
“Getafe started strong and we immediately got a forward run wrong with Stefan de Vrij. They were going for the second ball and to make it physical.”
