All the major European leagues have been suspended while the UEFA Champions League and Europa League have had their finals postponed indefinitely.
This summer’s European Championship has been pushed back a year to help the various leagues to be completed.
Belarus remains the only country in Europe with its league still in session despite a total of 152 Covid-19 cases and one death recorded.
Social distancing measures have been discarded and fans trooping into the stadiums have allowed the Federation to seal broadcasting deals with sport broadcasters in the likes of Russia, Israel and India.
FifPro general secretary Jonas Baer-Hoffmann said: "We're appealing for it to be taken with the same cautionary measures that have been taken in the rest of football.
"It is frankly not comprehendible how this could be going on.
"Why those standards there would be looking so much different from just across the border, I don't think anybody can explain. So everything in common sense tells you that they need to apply the same standards and we will be lobbying to that effect.
"Yes, there are players who are reaching out who are concerned."
The third round of Belarus league matches will continue on Friday when Belshina take on Gorodeja while Dinamo Minsk meet Zhodino.
