Boss Ange Postecoglou has won the manager of the month for September while Son Heung-Min has taken home the players' honour.
In August, James Maddison and Postecoglou won player and manager of the month respectively.
For the month of September, Tottenham Hotspurs continued their unbeaten start to the season with three wins and one draw. One of those wins came in the controversial 2-1 win against Liverpool.
Postecoglou has thus made history by becoming the first person to win manager of the month award in each of his first two months in the competition.
The last person to win consecutive manager of the month awards at the start of a new season was Jurgen Klopp in the 2019/2020 campaign.
Postecoglou topped a list that included Klopp, Mikel Arteta, Eddie Howe and Unai Emery.
Son has now won the Premier League player of the month for the fourth time in his career.
The South Korean scored a league-high six goals in the month of September to see off Kieran Trippier, Mohamed Salah, Pedro Neto, Jarrod Bowen, Julian Alvarez and Ollie Watkins to claim the prize.
'Just want to say thank you to everyone who voted for me,' Son said in a video message while he's away on international duty with South Korea.
'We want to keep up our good form and I can't wait to see you all at our next game against Fulham.'
