Mourinho's Pulling Power Instrumental As Fenerbahce Strike Record-Breaking Deal For En Nesyri
Jose Mourinho's Fenerbahce have secured the signing of Youssef En Nesyri from Sevilla for €20m.
The transfer fee is the largest a Turkish club have paid to sign a player.
En Nesyri has signed a five-year contract and ends a four-and-a-half-year spell at Sevilla, where he scored 73 goals in 196 appearances, winning the Europa League twice.
The 27-year-old Morocco striker will be eager to help Fenerbahce dethrone Galatasaray as Turkish champions and end a decade-long wait for a first league title.
An official statement from Fenerbahce read: "Our club has reached an agreement with Youssef En-Nesyri and Sevilla FC for his transfer.
'The Moroccan striker has committed to Fenerbahçe for five years.
'We extend a warm welcome to Youssef En-Nesyri and wish him great success and many championships with our crest."
